Potato Cheese Balls

Ingredients

 


  • Adam's Cheddar cheese (crushed) 2 cup 
  • cheese balls
  • Bread slice 4 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs (fine) as required
  • Green chili 3 to 4
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

 

 
 

Cooking Directions

1- Mash the cheese and knead well.
2- Soak the bread slices in water for some time.
3- Squeeze out all the water, crumble the slices and mix them with cheese.
4- Now add green chili, salt and black pepper. Mix well and make balls.
5- Now dip the balls in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
6- Now deep fry these balls in oil until golden brown.
7- Serve hot with ketchup.
