Easy Crepes

Ingredients

 


1 cup flour  cheese balls
1/2 cup Adam’s milk
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter

 

 
 
 
 
 

Preparation

1. Mix together flour, Dairy Pure milk, water, and eggs. Reserve aside the butter.
2. Melt a dab of butter in the pan. Pour crepe batter into the pan in a thin layer, spread with the back of a spatula if necessary.
3. Cook until the edges appear cooked through, then flip and cook the other side. The crepes will cook pretty quickly, watch carefully so they do not burn.
4. Now, fill with your favorite toppings. Preserves, fresh fruit, powdered sugar, whipped topping, and nutella are all great toppings. Serve rolled or for a more traditional look fold the crepes.
