Mango Lassi

Ingredients

 


1 cup (230 grams) plain, Adam's yoghurt  cheese balls
3/4 cup (170 grams) pureed mango
1 tablespoon granulated sugar (or less, depending on sweetness of the mango)
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
4-5 ice cubes
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Divide evenly between two glasses, sprinkle a little cardamom for garnish, and serve immediately.
