1 cup Atta/Wheat flour
1/2 cup Suji
1 1/2 Sugar
Adam’s Desi Ghee 100 gms
Dry fruits of choice
1- Dry roast the wheat flour and semolina in a large pan till a nutty aroma emanates
and the mixture turns slightly brown.
2- Add in the desired quantity of sugar and gradually add water to dissolve the sugar.
Keep stirring to avoid any lumps from forming.
3- Add in the ghee and mix for a while. Taste to adjust the sugar.
4- Garnish it with raisins or any other dry fruits of your choice.
